To double check a voucher, he tried pulling up her bills on computer, & for few reasons, he could not find that, he made out the whole new contract — & charged her everywhere again from New York car rental. She was surprised while she found an extra $800 over her own credit card statement, & I was surprised while I drove on the agencies to be informed that it was not my business & not their duty any more. I have been on a phone with billing and I’ve faxed them related information 4 times. Till now there has been no progress as well.
What happened may or may not have been an honest fault, but refusal to take the responsibility by an agency & office is outrageous. They will never get my suggestion or my own business — hereafter.

Rented the car at Lag & while returned it damage has been discovered as dimple – something which couldn’t be detected while picking it up -at an open yard without shade – vehicle was reflecting buildings, trees passing cars & pedestrians.
